Generally, all orders placed by 3PM are sent out the same day. Most items will be shipped through FedEx however we reserve the right to substitute UPS as an alternate shipping method.
The status of your order can be seen online under your account information, by emailing customer service at email@example.com, or by using the contact us page with your order number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to display on the carrier's website.
Returns & Replacements
All products are included with a 30 day money back guarantee(unless otherwise stated). If you are not satisfied for any reason, please feel free to contact Customer Service so that they may issue you an RMA. Please note, item must be in original packaging, unopened. In the event that your order is defective or is incorrect please contact Customer Service for an RMA and return shipment authorization. Defective items are eligible for refund, replacement, or account credit.

Orders received by 3PM EST will be processed and shipped that day. All orders from Friday evening to Sunday evening will be processed the following business day.
